TOTO Care Plan — Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

The TOTO Care Plan provides extended warranty coverage for eligible TOTO products purchased through authorised B&H Australia dealers. Coverage extends beyond the standard manufacturer warranty period as specified at the time of purchase.

Extended warranty is available for electronic TOTO products only. Ceramic products (model codes beginning with “CW”) are excluded from extended warranty coverage.

2. Eligibility

Extended warranty may be purchased through two channels:

  • Dealer Point of Sale: Within 24 hours of the product purchase date, via an authorised dealer.
  • Online Self-Service: After the 24-hour dealer eligibility window has closed, via the TOTO Care Plan portal using Stripe payment.

The product must be registered on the TOTO Care Plan portal with valid proof of purchase to be eligible for warranty claims.

3. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Contact and installation address details
  • Product model code and retailer information
  • A description of the fault or issue
  • Supporting evidence (photos, receipts, or documentation)

Claims are reviewed by the B&H Australia warranty team. You will be notified by email when your claim status changes. B&H Australia reserves the right to request additional information or arrange an inspection before approving a claim.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation (unless installed by an authorised technician)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorised retailers

5. Claim Types

  • Product Fault: A defect in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Missing Parts: Components missing from the product packaging at the time of delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit: Physical damage to the product during shipping or delivery.

6. Privacy & Data

Personal information collected through the TOTO Care Plan portal is used solely for warranty registration, claim processing, and related communications. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to process your warranty (e.g., Zoho CRM for case management).

By opting in to marketing communications, you consent to receiving product updates and promotional material from B&H Australia. You may opt out at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

B&H Australia’s liability under the TOTO Care Plan is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the covered product at B&H Australia’s discretion. This warranty does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
